Top 5 Fundamental Traits of Organizational Effectiveness

Recently, I read an interesting article on strategy execution from the June issue of Harvard Business Review. It was titled “The Secrets to Successful Strategy Execution.” Most of the points made in the article are based on a survey done on 26,000 people in 31 companies.
Execution is the result of thousands of decisions made every day by employees acting according to the information they have and their own self-interest.
From the survey, they identified the top 17 fundamental traits of organizational effectiveness. But, I will list the top five only in this article.
